Return Policy

We have a 30-day conditional return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must have a confirmed quality issue, such as a functional defect or damage caused during production or shipping.

• Returns will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as packaging damage, normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections, or a change of mind.

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at benji@wheelsboy.cn and provide detailed photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request, and if approved:

• You’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

• The item should be sent to the nearest authorized warehouse, the address of which must be confirmed with our staff before shipping.

• Items sent back without prior approval or to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged, or

• You received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
However, the returned item must still meet the conditions stated above — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
