Warehouse Locations & Fulfillment
We operate multiple warehouses around the world to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.
Your order may be shipped from China, the United States, Germany, or Australia, depending on:

Our logistics system automatically selects the most suitable warehouse to minimize delivery time.
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues and Delays

We will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue promptly.
Please note that uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, weather, or regional holidays may cause delays.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find that the item is damaged or missing, notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.

Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for compensation.
